Hi! I'm Joe K. In 2005 while working for a pool and spa retail store in York, Pa, I developed experience with customer service, sales, and hot tub repair services. I eventually took on a management role and when the company relocated to another state, I chose to stay and took on a new role of hot tub service technician to continue to serve my customers . I have had many years of on the job experience since then and have worked on many different makes and models over the years. Originally a trained Artesian Spas Mfg. service technician, I can now provide service to just about any type of hot tub or spa.
